Donovan manages One Economy’s Kansas City Region programs, including the growth and development of the Beehive Web properties and on-the-ground digital inclusion programs. He has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida. In June 2002, Donovan was honored, along with 22 state and local government officials, with a Fannie Mae Foundation Fellowship to attend Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government program for senior executives.
