Mike Mantle

Mike Mantle serves as One Economy’s executive vice president and chief operating officer. He guides One Economy’s field operations, community connections program, Digital Connectors, and all internal finance, administration, and IT.

Mike has more than 20 years of experience in community development. Prior to working for One Economy, he led California bank and Trust’s Retail and Business Banking division. He also chaired the Zions Community Investment Corporation. There, he secured and deployed $100 million to make investments and extend loans to businesses in economically disadvantaged communities. Before that, he served as president and chief executive officer at Bank of America Community Development Bank.

Mike continues to work with developing communities through a number of boards and foundations, including the National Equity Fund.
